Fall is Here! The Ultimate Fall Bucket List Challenge

Fall is finally here! Get ready for hoodies, bonfires, pumpkin spice and everything nice. There is no better way to start off the holiday season then with a bucket list full of adventures. This year I promised myself that I’d make an effort to enjoy the holidays to the max. After all they only come once a year. I absolutely love Autumn. Everything about this season screams beauty, the falling crunchy leaves, the cozy sweaters and cuddles. This is the time to create beautiful memories with our loved ones.

If you’re looking for fun things to do this Fall then follow this bucket list challenge. Every day we’ll be crossing things off the list until they are all completed by October 31. Make sure to hashtag #healthgemmfallchallenge on your social media accounts so I can see your pictures! The list does not need to be completed in any order. The key is to complete as many things on the list as possible. Try your best to be mindful in each experience. Fully engage with the people you are spending time with and if you can, journal down your experience afterwards.
